Q: What is Our Management Service Rate or Fee?

For residential single family and multifamily management, our fee is 6% or $125 per month, whichever is greater. Standard fees apply for leasing, preventative maintenance and repairs, late fees, legal, inspections, and asset management.

Our standard fee schedule:

Tenant Placement: 50% of first month's rent

Bill Pay: $2.95 per recurring bill

Lease Renewals: $125

Annual Inspections: $100

Late Fees: $75 (billed to Tenant)

Maintenance: 10% or $25
